Meet The Team

Sandra has been in Senior Health Care for over 25 years as an Administrator and in Regional roles supporting multiple communities across N.C. As a Durham native, she has ‘come home’ to Eno Pointe. She is an alumna of UNC-CH, and serves the community with membership in various civic groups (OFFNC, DAC, DAR). With her experience in business and regulatory oversight, she serves as Preceptor for new Administrators through NCSLA. Her understanding of community has developed into the philosophy that it takes our team, the family and the resident working together to create the best care.

Rachel has been in senior Health Care for 15 years. She earned her CNA and MT certification and grew into her current role of Resident Care Coordinator. Her high expectations for care and hands-on approach makes her a caring and successful supervisor for our Care Team and liaison with the medical community.

Sheila has over 41 years of experience in Administrative and office duties. She brings a quick smile and kind words for all she encounters. She enjoys the variety of our community and non-stop nature of our business. When not at work, she enjoys fishing, reading, and showing off her classic 1969 Mach 1 Mustang.

Kamryn is excited to join our community and shares our goal of guiding seniors along a path of recreation, wellness, and learning. Her field of study includes yoga, holistic nutrition, physical training and massage therapy to help others achieve fulfillment and a healthy lifestyle. 

Rodney had a background in professional landscaping prior to joining the Eno team as well as years of plumbing and electrical experience. His attention to detail and love of our residents makes him a valuable Maintenance Director, overseeing Laundry, Housekeeping and Emergency systems. And he programs residents’ TV remotes daily.
